Customer Service Analyst


Location: Saint-Laurent, QC Type: Full Time Min. Experience: 3
Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Customer Service Analyst reporting to our planning manager, to support our line and better our execution. Primary Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): 


• Manage item creation, order creation and allocations for all Walmart Orders 

• Can follow the order from inception through final shipments - working with our Logistics 

• Understanding of Inventory management (Inbound/Outbound) 

• Update detailed analysis of item performance for Major retailers 

• Discusses and appropriately escalates any issues that may impact operations. 

Qualifications: 


• An organized, detail-oriented individual who is analytical and able to proactively investigate and solve problems. 

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and work well in a team environment. 

• Experience working with Walmart (Retail Link). 

• Replenishment program knowledge also would be an asset 

• Understands the sense of urgency and can meet deadlines. 

• 3 years of experience with Customer Service / order allocation. 

• Essential â€" software expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office; experience with Momentis would be an asset.

DESIGN

Fashion Designer (Ladies)

TCI has earned its reputation as a leading North American force in the design, development and distribution of a full range of apparel and accessories. We market products for all genders, to all retail tiers - from mass market merchants to high end department stores, specialty boutiques and sporting goods retailers. 

The Ladies Designer’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


• Presenting seasonal lines developed, providing relevant insight consistent with market trends 

• Support merchandiser in specific design development projects 

• Trend research. (Keep up to date with emerging and current trends) 

• Work in collaboration with buyers and sales team on trends and customer needs 

• Create design and technical sketches (CADS ) 

• Create, develop, and edit detailed technical packages, including detailed technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator and Technical BOMs (bill of materials) 

• Creating and overseeing design to ensure quick flow through and strong adherence to the production calendar 

• Work closely with the fit and spec / technical team to ensure the styling and quality from development stage of each product to final production. 

• Approve production sample 

Qualifications: 


• Five (5) years of experience in a similar role College-level degree in Fashion Design or related experience 

• Relevant experience in contemporary fashions is a strong asset 

• Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop 

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office software 

• Excellent fashion sense and ability to translate trends 

• Proven experience in garment construction and design 

• Proven knowledge of the production cycle Proven ability to collaborate with all functions and all levels 

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and be flexible 

• Strong attention to detail Results oriented 

• A strong team player with the ability to influence others

Technical Designer

The Technical Designer’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


• Support head designer in specific design development projects 

• Create design and technical sketches (CADS ) 

• Create, develop, and edit detailed technical packages, including detailed technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator Creating and overseeing design to ensure quick flow through and strong adherence to the production calendar 

• Work closely with the fit and spec / technical team to ensure the styling and quality from development stage of each product to final production. 

• Support approval process of production sample 

Qualifications: 


• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role College-level degree in Fashion Design or related experience 

• Relevant experience in contemporary fashions is a strong asset 

• Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop Proficient in basic Microsoft Office software 

• Excellent fashion sense and ability to translate trends Proven experience in garment construction and design 

• Proven knowledge of the production cycle 

• Proven ability to collaborate with all functions and all levels 

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and be flexible 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Results oriented
