Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Customer Service Analyst reporting to our planning manager, to support our line and better our execution. Creative & innovative ideas, no matter how big or small, are valued and welcomed from all levels. Primary Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): 


• Manage item creation, order creation and allocations for all Walmart Orders 

• Can follow the order from inception through final shipments - working with our Logistics 

• Understanding of Inventory management (Inbound/Outbound) 

• Update detailed analysis of item performance for Major retailers 

• Discusses and appropriately escalates any issues that may impact operations. 

Qualifications: 


• An organized, detail-oriented individual who is analytical and able to proactively investigate and solve problems. 

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and work well in a team environment. 

• Experience working with Walmart (Retail Link). 

• Replenishment program knowledge also would be an asset 

• Understands the sense of urgency and can meet deadlines. 

• 3 years of experience with Customer Service / order allocation. 

• Essential â€" software expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office; experience with Momentis would be an asset.
