Reporting to the Outbound Logistics Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for managing, routing & shipping assigned US retail clients. The outbound coordinator will be part of a team whose main responsibility is to analyze order reports and arrange all sales orders to be prepared and shipped out according to shipping windows and of the customer requirements. The coordinator will be monitoring the orders for the list of clients he/she will be responsible for on a daily/ weekly basis. The coordinate will work closely with the Customer Service dept. advising of any issues that may arise to ensure clients are informed in a timely manner as well as working closely with our 3PL warehouse teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Order monitoring â€" analyze open order reports and create pick tickets based on client ship windows
. Order processing â€" creating pick tickets â€" Manifests - BOLs
· Communicate with 3PL warehouses for order preparation - shipping
· Communication with CSRs â€" advising of any issues with ship window â€" allocation â€" client requirements
· Routing - both EDI & Non-EDI clients
. Create & Send ASNs
QUALIFICATIONS
Outbound logistics experience
Knowledge of US retailers
Strong Multitasker
Strong Organizational skills
Understanding and basic operations of EDI
Momentis experience an asset
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of warehouse, cargo preparation and retailers’ compliances
